Read Bro. Jun Samson’s article and felt so sad because it should not have been written that way, or he should have talked to Sis. Liezl first to clear what to his understanding is dangerous and/or unscriptural.   In my effort to bridge what seems to be a widening gap, I want to first and foremost extend my apologies and offer my 2-cents worth.

To my understanding the issue po that you Ka Junsam raised was about what “defenders that promotes separation from the True Church.”  So I will no longer dwell in other issues mentioned but zero in on the bone of contention.

When Sister Liezl mentioned “it’s time for us to leave the OWE Church behind” it does not refer po to the INC.  It refers to the One with EVM church.  Let us make sure not to confuse the OWE church with the INC that we so dearly love.  We, the true members of the Iglesia ni Cristo believe in our heart that the worship services being celebrated in the OWE church is an abomination to the Lord.  Why?  Because it is no longer the Iglesia ni Cristo that we all love and have devoted ourselves to.  That church which used to be the genuine Iglesia ni Cristo is now being led by an administrator that did not come from God and has no right therefore to perform worship to God, ordain new Ministers and expel brethren, among other things.  If you will consult po the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of the Church of Christ, those are functions that are exclusive only to the Executive Minister which unfortunately brother EVM is not. We all know how corruption proliferated in the Church, the main reason why so many of us defenders were expelled because we could not and will not tolerate such.  Many of us who are expelled today are one in saying that if we were not expelled we will eventually leave because we see the sudden and radical transformation from a well-respected and well-loved Church to one that has become the bastion of corruption and other evil works.  Will you not leave this kind of Church?   You were ready to leave po, right, in fact you escaped because you and your family were being held against your will!!!

You said po that “what they are doing is equivalent to apostasy”.  No po, I for one refused to accept that.  I was also expelled for being very vocal in exposing and opposing the ongoing corruption in the Church.  Did I ever think of apostasy?  Certainly not!  Apostasy as what we have been taught in the INC happened when man-made teachings crept into the mainstream Christianity.  This is not happening today because we are here; we are the guardians of the true teachings.  The first century Church of Christ was apostatized because the supposed to be guardians were killed.  And that is not happening yet, at least we are not being killed yet although it is very possible specially in the Philippines.  

Separation from the evil church is inevitable!!!  Why?  When the first century Church of Christ was already in the process of being apostatized, what did God order His people.  This is what’s written in Revelation 18:4

"Come out of her my people so that you will not share in her sins, so that you will not receive any of her plagues"

This is non-negotiable po.  It was God Himself who ordered His people to come out.  This is the reason we are one in our concerted effort to expose the evil in the OWE church because we want the brethren specifically the silent defenders to come out of her. We know that the silent defenders today are what’s keeping the corrupt leaders strong and bold because there are still brethren buying into their deception.  The process of setting the people of God aside (pagbubukod-bukod) is literal.  God will gather all his true children together in one body.  There cannot be true members in different bodies or true and wicked members mingling together in one body.   The bible is very clear in the following verses:

¹⁴ Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? ¹⁵ What harmony is there between Christ and Belial^[b]? Or what does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? ¹⁶ What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said:

“I will live with them
    and walk among them,
and I will be their God,
    and they will be my people.”^[c]

¹⁷ Therefore,

“Come out from them
    and be separate,
says the Lord.
Touch no unclean thing,
    and I will receive you.”^[d]

¹⁸ And,

“I will be a Father to you,
    and you will be my sons and daughters,
says the Lord Almighty.”^[e]

That is why we have to come out po and separate from them because it is not God’s way that His children be together in fellowship with the wicked.   The restoration will come when the separation has been fully completed.  True po, the wicked leaders do not render the members wicked too but they have a standing order from God to separate themselves from the wicked.  And when we separate, we are NOT a new Church but the same chosen people of God that our Lord Jesus died for.  No one can say that we formed a new Church because we never did for we are the same people still following the teachings of God and our Lord Jesus Christ.  You will not regard the OWE church composed of people who to this very day continue to crucify our Lord Jesus to still be the body of Christ, will you?  If you remain in the wicked church inspite of God’s order to come out, you have become partakers of their evil ways. 

You also said po that “the abomination of the OWE ministers and members does not render the true Church false”.  If that is the case po, how will you then regard the first century Church of Christ when it was apostatized; when savage wolves entered after the death of the true leaders?   We know that it became the catholic church po, correct?  Can you still call it the true Church?  Of course not!!!  Who then became the true Church?  Those who heeded our God’s instruction to come out because the once true Church has become a dwelling place of demons, a prison for every foul spirit, and a cage for every unclean and hated bird!  That was when the restoration began; when God called His Last Messenger from the far east; when the Church of Christ was re-established in the islands of the sea.  But history repeats itself again.  What happened to the once pristine, holy and glorious Iglesia ni Cristo when our God-appointed leader passed away?  Savage wolves entered again and transformed the true Church into an OWE church thus necessitating another restoration so that the true Church of our Lord Jesus Christ will find her way back again to Glory.

True again po, there is no more fourth group of God’s people.  Those who will separate from the OWE church are the remnants of the seed that will no longer be turned away because it is the Church that our Lord Jesus Christ will take with Him in the Holy City. 

Hoping po this will enlighten many souls; those who up to now are still vacillating and undecided; those who still think that the OWE church is the one that our God will restore.

Hoping also po that you will lead the unification of the defenders, the true members of the Church of Christ.  You were given the task po, make sure you carry it out.  You cannot go back with a proverbial empty bag with nothing to show.  Remember the parable of the talents?

‘You wicked and lazy servant, you knew that I reap where I have not sown, and gather where I have not scattered seed. ²⁷ So you ought to have deposited my money with the bankers, and at my coming I would have received back my own with interest. ²⁸ Therefore take the talent from him, and give it to him who has ten talents.

²⁹ ‘For to everyone who has, more will be given, and he will have abundance; but from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away. ³⁰ And cast the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness.

Ang Pagkakaiba ni Ka Erdy at Ka EVM

Sininop na mabuti ng sugo ang Iglesia ayon sa kalooban ng ating Diyos. Nang magpahinga ang sugo, ang kanyang labi ay pinagyaman ng Ka Erdy at inilagay sa isang maliit na mauseleo sa lokal ng F. Manalo na kung saan taon-taon ay binubuksan ito upang masilayan ng mga kapatid kahit na ang kanyang kabaong man lamang. Kung papanong sininop ng sugo ang Iglesia ay ganoon di naman ang ginawa ng Ka Erdy hanggang sa ang Iglesia ay matanyag mula sa silanganan hanggang sa kanluran. Ang Iglesia ay iginalang, tiningala, tinularan at niluwalhati hindi lamang ng mga kapatid kundi maging ng ibang mga pangkatin ng relihiyon. Katuparan ng mga salitang nakasulat sa aklat ng Isiaias

"So shall they fear

The name of the Lord from the west,

And His glory from the rising of the sun;

Ang kaluwalhatian ng Diyos sa pamamagitan ng Iglesia ay mula sa sikatan ng araw. Ito ang dakilang papel na ginampanan ng Ka Erdy noong siya ay nabubuhay pa. Siya ang naghatid sa Iglesia sa kaluwalhatian na ang ibinunga nito ay kapurihan ng ating Diyos. Bunga nito ay sunod-sunod na tagumpay ang inani ng Iglesia sa lahat halos ng larangan.

Alam natin mga kapatid na ang isang libong taon ay isang araw lamang sa Diyos. Sa mga pag-aaral ay itinuro sa atin na ang pagitan ng una at ikalawang digmaang pandaigdig ay "may kalahating oras" lamang sa Diyos bagama't itoy tumagal ng mahigit 20 taon. Bakit po natin ito tinatalakay? Sapagkat ang kulang halos sa walong taon na panunungkulan ng ka EVM mula ng magpahinga ang Ka Erdy at lumalabas lamang na mahigit one minute and 29 seconds. Opo mga kapatid, ganoon kadali isinadlak ni Ka EVM at mga kasama niya sa kahihiyan ang Iglesia. Dahil nakasulat nga sa Biblia na history repeats itself, ay ganoon nga ang nangyari sa Iglesia ng mawala ang leader na may kahalalan mula sa Diyos. Ganito ang sinabi ni Apostol Pablo sa Gawa 20:29-30.

"Aking talastas na pagalis ko ay magsisipasok sa inyo ang mga ganid na lobo, na hindi mangagpapatawad sa kawan;

30 At magsisilitaw sa mga kasamahan din ninyo ang mga taong mangagsasalita ng mga bagay na masasama, upang mangagdala ng mga alagad sa kanilang hulihan."

"For I know this, that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock. 30 Also from among yourselves men will rise up, speaking perverse things, to draw away the disciples after themselves."

Ito po mga kapatid ang katuparang muli ng nakasulat sa Banal na Kasulatan na naganap sa ating mahal na Iglesia. Ng magpahinga ang Ka Erdy ay pumasok ang mga ganid na lobo na hindi magpapatawad sa kawan. Alam natin ang kasaysayan ng unang Iglesia kung paaanong pinatay ang mga nanindigan sa panig ng ating Diyos. Kaya't ating natitiyak na ang nangyaring mga pagpatay sa mga kapatid sa unang Iglesia ay mangyayari din sa Iglesia ngayon at nangyari na nga ng paslangin ang Ka Lito Fruto at dukutin ang Ka Felix Villocino at Danilo Patungan. Simula lamang ito mga kapatid. Ang pananahimik ng media at ng kapulisan ay kapansin-pansin na isang babala sa lahat ng kapatid na lubusang mag-ingat sapagkat wala tayong matatanggap na tulong kahit kanino man kundi sa ating Amang Diyos lamang.

Ano ginawa ng Ka EVM sa labi ng Ka Erdy? Batay sa aming natanggap na balita, ito ay matagal ng inalis sa Tabernakulo at inilagay kung saan lang at ipininid na mainam upang hindi na kailanman pa masilayan ng mga kapatid na nagmamahal sa kanya. Malaking kabaligtaran sa ginawa ng Ka Erdy sa labi ng sugo.

Sa mga makakabasa nito na nariyan pa sa loob at patuloy na sumusuporta sa mga masasamang gawa ng Ka EVM at sanggunian, napakadali pong makita at maunawa kung ang mga nagaganap ba sa Iglesia ngayon ay kalooban pa ng ating Diyos. Bakit hindi po kayo magsuri? Huwag tayong hihiwalay sa aral na ating tinanggap mula sa Diyos. Tiyakin natin na sumusunod tayo sa utos ng Diyos ng kanyang sabihin

"Mangagsilabas kayo sa kaniya, bayan ko, upang huwag kayong mangaramay sa kaniyang mga kasalanan, at huwag kayong magsitanggap ng kaniyang mga salot"
